The problem

Dutch citizens with legal questions had to wait days for in-person consultations or pay premium hourly rates for advice that often boiled down to a 5-minute answer — most questions never reached a lawyer at all.

What I designed

Built a Flutter app on Firebase that triages cases instantly, escalates urgent matters to on-call lawyers via push, and stores case documents securely with Firestore + Storage. Cloud Functions handle the routing and lawyer-availability logic.

The outcome

Reduced first-response time from days to under 60 seconds for the majority of cases, with paid consultations only triggered when truly necessary.
