A modern Next.js platform for an automotive dealership with end-to-end automation: live inventory management, AI-powered customer concierge, and an automated buyer qualification funnel that runs 24/7.
The problem
An automotive dealership was losing high-intent leads after business hours because their static website couldn't surface real-time inventory, qualify buyers, or schedule test drives without a human in the loop.
What I designed
Built a Next.js 16 platform on Firebase with an AI concierge (Google GenAI) that handles inventory queries, schedules test drives, and runs the cold-lead nurture flow — fully automated, with sales reps only stepping in at the closing stage.
The outcome
Captured 3x more after-hours leads and removed the first 4 manual steps of the buyer qualification funnel from the sales team's workload.
