Property Inspection App
An offline-first Flutter app used by real estate inspectors to capture detailed property condition reports — photos, video walkthroughs, geo-tagged notes — even with zero cellular coverage.
The problem
Field inspectors needed to capture detailed condition reports on remote properties with unreliable cellular coverage, but were stuck with paper checklists and apps that lost data the moment connection dropped.
What I designed
Built an offline-first Flutter app with on-device camera capture, geo-tagged annotations, video compression, and a Hive cache that auto-syncs to the backend the moment connectivity returns.
The outcome
Cut average inspection report turnaround from 2 days to under 4 hours and eliminated lost-data complaints from spotty-coverage sites.
Need something like this?
I design iOS and Android app interfaces in Figma, build App Store and Google Play screenshot sets that sell the app before the download, and ship working apps with AI coding tools.
