A hospitality-grade client portal: dashboard, brief submission, delivery approval, Stripe billing, and a studio admin board — designed as a reusable product system, not a one-off dashboard.
The problem
Creative studios serving food, drink, and hospitality brands usually get a generic SaaS backend that looks nothing like the marketing site — so clients feel the drop the moment they log in to submit a brief or approve work.
What I designed
Designed Vale as the back-of-house of a premium studio: white product UI, serif display, photography-led project cards, a four-step brief, a delivery view built around one approval, and Stripe billing that still feels like the brand.
The outcome
A walkthrough-ready portal covering the exact surfaces this kind of job asks for — dashboard, brief, delivery, billing, admin — with a tokenised component set a React developer can implement without guessing.
